Mulgrave Audio is a company producing original audio drama for multiple formats. Inspired by the fading memories of childhood television, the shadows of traditional folklore and the thwarted dreams of a space-age future, writers Bob Fischer, Andrew Orton and Andrew T. Smith have joined forces to create stories firmly rooted in the everyday, but with a distinct sense of the uncanny.

 

Debut 2023 release Simon Perkins’ Lurgy told the story of a troubled 1974 schoolboy drawn into surreal conversations with a sinister TV announcer. 2024 saw the release of Fellfoul, in which the reclusive Eleanor Wood becomes obsessed with a swords and sorcery fantasy world. Our new 2025 release Patchwuff is a touching rites-of-passage tale, narrated by Valerie Singleton and with an original soundtrack by Bagpuss composer Sandra Kerr.
